Return & Exchange Policy


Requests for exchanges or refunds must be done within 3 days of receiving the item. We are unable to process any requests for exchanges or refunds after 3 days under any circumstances.

If we have not received the item within 3 days after the request for refund or exchange, we have authority to cancel the request.

We are unable to accept any requests for exchange or refund if the item does not meet the requirement stated in Point 7.

1. I don't like the clothing i purchased. Can i get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your money just because you do not like the item.

2. I found a defect. Can I get a refund?
We are sorry you received a defective item. We have strict quality control procedures but sometimes we still miss some defects. Please contact us immediately through Line at @qeq1984x (with @) or email and we will arrange for a full refund. Please note that the returned item must fulfil the conditions stated in Point 7.

3. I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange with another size?
Yes you can, as long as the desired size is still available. If the new size wanted is unavailable, we are able to provide you with a refund. Please note that the returned item must fulfil the conditions stated in Point 7.

4. What if I want to exchange my item after the time limit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges after 3 days of you receiving the item.

5. What are the steps if I want to return the clothing? (there is defect on the item or wrong size ordered)
Please contact us through Line at @qeq1984x (with @) or email After speaking to our customer service representative, we will send you a confirmation email that you must include with the item you are returning. You will have to send the item back to our warehouse (at your own expense and method of choice). Once we have received the item, we will update you via email and process the exchange or refund.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be received approximately 2 working days after the refund process has been completed.

7. What is the acceptable condition for a refund or exchange?
The clothing item must still have the tag attached in its original form. There must not be any stains or markings on the item (this includes makeup reminants).
